I have to go back to school on Monday. X____x Been busy getting the last of my school supplies and whatnot (I have to take this rolly bookbag instead of a normal one because of my wrist; it's been getting better, but we think my bag may have been the problem because it was SOHEAVY). I went to the hand specialist today. And he said... That it didn't have to be constantly kept in a brace. That I'll be fine with some therapy. That I don't need surgery.

My mother acted like a complete child though. You know the phones they keep in the office? Yeah, well, when they left us there alone before the doctor came in, my mother started pressing random buttons.

Lady on Phone: Hello? ... Hello?
Mom: *silent*
Lady on Phone: ... *hangs up*
Me: That was incredibly stupid. And I'm supposed to be the child here?
Mom: You thought it was hilarious.
Me: ... okay. Yes. Yes, I did.

I love her. Oh. And while I was waiting, I finished reading New Moon... finally.

I had the best 4th of July. I went out with my best friend and we went to the Seaquarium together with mom. I go there every summer, but I still love it to death. We got wet and ate lunch and laughed and it was just a Great Day. And of course, fireworks later on. There was so much smoke in the air it pretty much covered the whole sky. So, happy late 4th of July, f-list.

I HAVE, however... finished watching Ouran High School Host Club. OMG. I am in love. Favorite anime EVER. I loved EVERYTHING about it, from the characters to the pure and over-the-top CRACK that took over. My thoughts are all jumbled right now and I can't make out anything too coherent, but yes. I loved it and laughed my ass off.

And I'm not even really a big shoujo fan to begin with, but this series just made me HAPPY. I want to watch it over again.

And I'm already downloading AMVs. Someone either stop me or fangirl with me.
