-- This is Wakka. He's a character from Final Fantasy X, and the leader of his Blitzball team (which is pretty much the main sport in the game). He's also one of Yuna's guardians and protects her throughout the course of the game. 'Ya, Man' is pretty much his catch phrase, adding it after his sentences and stuff (sort of like Shikamaru's 'Troublesome'.) He's a very cheerful, easy-going character most of the time, but can be stubborn as well.


-- This is Yusuke from Yu Yu Hakusho. It's an anime about how he becomes a Spirit Detective and fights bad demons and monsters that want to hurt humans, the world, etc. At the beginning of the series he dies and this guy named Koenma (his boss) brings him back and makes him Spirit Detective after he did good deeds in death. He's sort of a punk... skipping school a lot and picking fights with people. In the icon, he's pointing his finger because he has this power called the 'Spirit Gun', which shoots his energy out of his finger. And he's a badass and likes it. Definitely.


-- This is an icon for the Hufflepuff House (which I consider myself a part of). It's one of the four houses in the Harry Potter world (Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, Slytherin) where witches and wizards get Sorted into at the beginning of their first school year at Hogwarts. Hufflepuff is known for friendliness and loyalty. Thus, the 'it isn't cool to fry in hell'. I like this icon a lot. ;)


-- This is Sango and InuYasha from InuYasha. Sango is a demon slayer and InuYasha is a half demon who go on the journey (along with Kagome, Miroku and Shippou) to find the sacred jewel, which was broken into little pieces at the beginning of the show, and which can give lots of power to a demon if they got their hands on it. Of course, both of them have different love interests in the canon, so of course that means I like to pair them up together. :D In one part of the show Sango gets totally drunk and is all over InuYasha, and InuYasha is pretty much freaking out. I thought it was cute when rosweldrmr showed it to me.


-- This is Tyson from Beyblade (which is pretty much a kiddie fandom... but I love it to death). He's pretty stubborn and immature sometimes, but I like him because he matures a lot more as the series goes on. He's the world champion for this sport called Beyblading (which is where the spinning tops have to knock each other out of the stadium or have to make them stop spinning), and he's cross dressing in this icon because one of his friend's teacher (who is completely and utterly CRAZY) drags him into this rich Italian store and suggests they start putting on a bunch of pretty dresses. It makes Tyson imagine himself in a dress and is quickly 'OH HELL NO' afterwards.


-- This is Yuna from Final Fantasy X. She's a summoner, which is a person who has to travel around and collect these things called aeons so they have enough power to defeat the main monster, called Sin. One of her jobs is to go around to towns and villages that was destroyed by Sin and perform something called a 'Sending', which is where she dances and sends the lost souls to the Farplane (which is pretty much like heaven in the Final Fantasy X world) so that they don't turn into monsters, called fiends, because of attachment to the world. I liked this icon because I thought that scene was one of the most gorgeous ones in the whole game.


-- This is Kai from Beyblade. He's the main character's (Tyson's) rival in the series. He's pretty much the strong silent type who doesn't much like to play around. He's a bully in the beginning of the show, and really mean. But he starts to open and up and realizes he has friends as the show goes on. This is fanart made by rosweldrmr, who was nice enough to make it and then turn it into an icon for me. :)



So. Wifey and I were talking the other day, and I said I'd make her whatever vid she wanted. Her topic of choice?

Kaoru/Renge pairing from Host Club. I think I pretty much fell over and died because of the OMGCRACK and because WTFIGETTOTRYANDMAKEITHOWHARD. We'd talked about this crack-a-licious pairing before and she wrote me fic. So! I'm making a vid for the both of us (who seem to be the only people who ship this pairing. Hm, I wonder why...) This should be fun. XDXD

Oh, crap. Now I want an icon of these two...
